You can rent bicycles from Black Bikes Rental (City Centre) to discover Amsterdam on two wheels. They are located just around the corner from the Nova Hotel.

How do I reach the hotel from Schiphol?

The train from Schiphol Airport will get you to Amsterdam Centraal Station in 15 minutes. From there you can reach the hotel after a fifteen-minute walk, or in 5 minutes by taxi or tram (tram number 2 or 12). Check location & route below For more information.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. If you get to the hotel earlier and want to explore the city, there is a luggage room to store your suitcases. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and you can use the luggage room for a later departure.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

Yes, that is always possible. Both before and after your stay. Please note that you will be using the luggage room at your own risk.

Can I use free internet?

Yes, all the rooms have free WIFI, and there are iMac computers in the lobby that you can use free of charge.

Breakfast
Is breakfast included?

No, the breakfast buffet can be booked separately. If you request breakfast when you book your stay it costs €14.50 per person, and €16.00 per person if you arrange it with the reception later.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Does the hotel close in the evening?

No, our reception is manned throughout the night by someone who can speak to you and open the door. However, payment or changes to the reservation are only possible when the day reception is open between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
