From Schiphol Amsterdam Airport

From Schiphol, a Connexxion Schiphol Hotel Shuttle bus will bring you to the front door of the Nova Hotel. The bus departs every ten minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the Connexxion counter at Schiphol Plaza in Arrivals Hall 4. For more information: www.schipholhotelshuttle.nl.
Various trains also ride from Schiphol to Amsterdam Central Station. The train journey takes no more than fifteen minutes. For train information, go to: www.ns.nl.
The taxi is the most comfortable but also the most expensive option. The journey takes approximately thirty minutes, depending on traffic.

From Amsterdam Central Station

From Amsterdam Central Station, you can either take a tram, a taxi or go by foot. Walking takes approx. fifteen minutes.

By tram

A tram ride from Amsterdam Central Station to the Nova Hotel takes approx. five minutes. Trams 1, 2 and 5 stop at the Dam; from there, the Nova Hotel is a two-minute walk. The hotel is located at number 276, on the right side of the square.

By taxi

A taxi ride from Amsterdam Central Station takes about five minutes. Taxis in Amsterdam, like taxis throughout the Netherlands, use meters. There are many taxi ranks, but you can also hail a taxi on the street.

By car

From the Ring West Amsterdam, take the S-106 exit. Follow the signs for the Centrum (Centre) until the end of the Raadhuisstraat, behind the Palace on the Dam. Make a right here onto the Spuistraat, 1st left onto the Paleisstraat and 1st right onto the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. The hotel is located on the right-hand side.

Parking

Parking in Amsterdam’s city centre is difficult and expensive. The most economical option is to leave your car at a P+R (Park and Ride), where you can take public transport. The exact rules can be found at www.amsterdam.nl/parkeren-verkeer.
